What he'll learn

The four foundations of break dancing

Every class mixes skills, strength, and music, so boys get better fast and have fun doing it.

01

Toprock

The standing steps every b-boy starts with: rhythm, style, and moving to the beat.

02

Footwork

Fast moves on the floor, like the 6-step, that build coordination and quick feet.

03

Freezes

Holding cool poses like the baby freeze, built safely with strength and balance work.

04

Cyphers

Taking turns in the circle, putting moves together, and cheering each other on.
