How Ladu Dance Studio collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Ladu Dance Studio ("Ladu," "we," "us") is a family-run dance studio at 57 W 10600 S, Sandy, Utah 84070. This policy covers ladustudios.com, info.ladustudios.com, our online forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), and text messages we send.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a trial class, enroll, or contact us, we may collect:
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google tools, to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our ads. This can include your browser type, device, pages visited, and the ad or link that brought you to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, Ladu Dance Studio may text you about your inquiry, trial class, enrollment, classes, and events. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and studio news.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our studio management and billing software (DanceStudio-Pro), and Meta and Google for advertising and website analytics. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our students, families, or staff.
Many of our students are children, but our forms are meant to be filled out by parents and guardians. We collect a child's first name and age only from their parent or guardian, and only to place them in the right class. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We sometimes take photos and videos at classes, showcases, and events, and may share them on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we not share images of your child, let us know and we will respect your request.
We keep your information while you're in contact with us or enrolled, and as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
